The prices exclude Municipality tax (“pillow tax”): 2 EUR per person per night. Kids under 18 – for free.
Double beds can be separated into two single beds.
Extra services (requested in advance)

- baby feeding chair – 1 EUR/night;
- extra bed – 10 EUR/night;
- safe – 1 EUR/night;
- washing machine (extra charge).
Arrival / departure
- Check in from 4 pm.
- Check out until 12 pm.
Payment
- 30% prepayment is required for pre-reservation; prepayment is transferred into IBAN of the owners of the villa; The prepayment is non-refundable!
- The remaining balance (for the whole reserved period) is paid the day of arrival at check-in; the payment is non-refundable.
- You can pay with a bank transfer or in cash in local currency Euro.
- In the case of earlier leaving by your own initiative money is not refunded.
Car parking
- Enclosed parking lot is available in villa courtyard area.
Pets
- Pets are not welcomed.
